    • What a wonderful book It complements her other book, The Hormone Cure The Hormone Reset Diet gives you the how to of how to reset your hormone levels and is the best book I ve read so far on this subject The information is clearly and logically presented and the doctor gives you the information in doable steps unlike most other books I ve read with long lists of what not to eat I ve just purchased this book since I have to return the one I m reading to the library.
